January 12 is the deadline to nominate a deserving high school senior for a chance to win a Honda Civic and up to $25,000 in college scholarship money. KOCO News 5 is teaming up with Eskridge Honda and Prosperity Bank to provide this amazing opportunity for an exceptional scholar.

That deadline might seem far away, but it sneaks up on you quickly! If you know of an outstanding student with a 3.25 GPA or higher (and we know you do), all you need to do to nominate that person is fill out this form. It just takes a few moments of your time, and you could change a student's life!
